For returns within 60 days of purchase:
- 15% restocking on accessories and normally stocked items
- 20% restocking on non-customized panels and load centers (e.g. MSLC, MSP, PDS)
- 25% restocking on customized panels (e.g. RPC) and non-stock items.
- Single-phase panels are NCNR.
- Transformers and special order panels (e.g. FTL or internal TVSS) are decided on a case by case basis.
Returns greater than 60 days from purchase are decided on a case by case basis. All returned items must be in original and resalable condition.
