    FAQ

    Frequently Asked Questions

Is my legacy Juice Goose product still covered?

Yes. LynTec honors warranties on legacy Juice Goose products. Most JG series carry a 3-year warranty (1 year for refurbished units and certain exceptions). Check the Legacy Juice Goose (JG-Series) table above for the terms that apply to your specific model.

What about third-party components in LynTec panels?

Resold components such as Square D or GE breakers carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 15 months), not LynTec’s 5-year warranty. We’ll help coordinate claims on those parts where possible.

    Are shipping costs covered?

For in-warranty claims, LynTec covers return ground freight within the continental U.S. (standard ground). The customer prepays freight to send the product in; outside the continental U.S., different freight terms may apply.

Do you cover data loss or consequential damages?

No. The warranty covers repair, adjustment, or replacement of the product itself. Consequential or incidental damages — including data loss or downtime — are not covered. See the full Limited Warranty statement for details.

Need help with a warranty claim?

Use our Support & RMA form to start a claim or advance replacement. Include your model, serial number, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
