Recently LynTec displayed our new Networkable Power Automation Control (NPAC) rack-mounted system and Whole Venue Control capabilities at the Live Design International tradeshow in Las Vegas. What a fun event to showcase our entertainment technology while networking with peers. LDI has over 14,000 attendees working in every aspect of the industry. We were able to meet with sound engineers, lighting technicians, video professionals, and more from theme parks, concert venues, performance arts halls, clubs, and houses of worship and share the advances LynTec continues to make in the industry.
As Mark Bishop, president of LynTec, says, “For the first time ever, not only can designers use just one system to control all the LynTec lighting panels in their design using our Whole Venue Control offering, but with the addition of the new NPAC solution, it gives them a rack-mounted power control for lighting control”.
Whole Venue Control means that designers and engineers can create a totally custom AVL power control system utilizing LynTec’s RPCR Automated Relay Panels, RPC Remote Control Breaker Panels, or NPAC units in any combination units within the same network on a single interface. By mixing and matching our premier line of electrical power control solutions to fit the specific infrastructure needs of a venue, system designers can make a completely custom AVL power control system. Whole Venue Control means using power control and management solutions that are personalized to the unique requirements of your church, conference center, sports arena, performing arts theater, or other large venue.
At LDI our booth demonstrated the award winning NPAC. This is the entertainment technology industry’s only complete and ready-to-install power and zoned lighting management solution that can manage up to 80 amps in a single 2RU unit. This is one of many cutting edge products in our Whole Venue Control lineup, and was specifically engineering to protect and control installed entertainment AVL systems across multiple zones and with multiple control protocols – such as DMX, sACN, Telnet, and HTTP – and simple contact closures. NPAC is sleek, has a built-in web server, allows flexibility and unlimited sequencing and delay options to your AVL system, and can be easily installed without an electrician!
Whole Venue Control is the ability to easily and professionally manage your venue’s AVL system. LynTec has an entire line of state-of-the-art equipment that allows you to completely tailor your system to meet your venue’s needs.
