Built to your project’s specs.
The system uses a primary and secondary architecture for scalable and cost-effective deployment.
- LCP Primary Panels: Function as the system controller, with the web server, scheduling, and protocol interfaces. One is required per system.
- LCS Secondary Panels: Provide cost-effective circuit expansion. They are controlled by a primary LCP panel.
- Narrow Profile Variants: Available for both primary and secondary panels for installations with limited wall space.
Panel capacity is determined by the total number of breaker spaces.
- Small: Up to 30 controlled circuits.
- Medium: Capacities range from 42 to 66 circuits.
- Large: Maximum-capacity panels holding up to 84 controlled circuits.
Breakers are selected based on the load requirements for each circuit.
- Amperage: Available in 15A, 20A, and 30A ratings.
- Poles: Choose from 1, 2, or 3-pole motorized breakers to match circuit voltage and phase requirements.
Integrate the LCP system with your facility’s control infrastructure.
- Protocols: Control circuits via DMX, sACN, or IP commands from a lighting console or other controller.
- BMS Integration: An optional BACnet module allows the LCP system to integrate with building management systems.
- Scheduling: Use the internal astronomical clock for automated, time-of-day based events.
- Sensors: Connect light or motion sensors via contact closures for automated responses.
Enhance system protection with optional, factory-installed modules.
- Integrated SPD: Add a Service Entrance-rated Surge Protective Device for the entire panel.
- SurgeX In-Panel Modules: Add industry-leading SurgeX surge elimination for critical circuits.

FAQs about the LCP System
Yes. Every LCP panel has a built-in web server for manual control from any browser. You can also use the internal scheduler with its astronomical clock for automated, time-based operation without an external controller.
Yes, LCP panels are ETL Listed to UL 924 standards, making them suitable for controlling emergency and egress lighting circuits in compliance with building codes.
Panel selection depends on your total circuit count and main service amperage. LCP systems are available in sizes from 30 to 84 circuits with service ratings from 100A to 600A. A LynTec engineer can help you specify the correct configuration.
The LCP system supports DMX and sACN protocols natively. You can connect your lighting console directly to the panel’s network interface to control individual circuits or zones, just like any other lighting fixture.
LCP panels are the primary controllers containing the system’s intelligence, including the web server and protocol interfaces. LCS panels are secondary, cost-effective expansion units that provide additional circuits and must be controlled by a primary LCP panel.
