Simplified, intelligent control for every relay.
The RPCR Automated Relay Panel system simplifies power infrastructure by providing web-enabled control over every circuit in a self-contained, ready-to-install package. Engineered for straightforward setup without requiring on-site factory commissioning, the RPCR’s integrated web server allows for remote configuration, operation, and monitoring from any standard browser. This approach reduces installation complexity and provides facility managers with greater visibility and control.
Each panel allows for individual relay control or grouping into up to 12 zones. With a built-in astronomical clock for scheduled events, contact closure inputs for physical switches, and native support for common AVL control protocols, the RPCR system integrates seamlessly into both new and existing installations. It delivers a robust, scalable solution for managing switched power loads with precision and reliability.

Configure your RPCR panel.
The RPCR system is available in six standard configurations, differentiated by the total number of controllable relays.
- RPCR-8: 8 single-pole relays.
- RPCR-16: 16 single-pole relays.
- RPCR-24: 24 single-pole relays.
- RPCR-32: 32 single-pole relays.
- RPCR-48: 48 single-pole relays.
- RPCR-64: 64 single-pole relays.
Select the relay type based on the electrical requirements of the circuits you need to control.
- Single-Pole Relays (Standard): Included as the base configuration for all models.
- Double-Pole Relays (Optional): Can be substituted for single-pole relays to accommodate different wiring schemes.
RPCR panels can be ordered to match the service voltage of your facility.
- 120/208V: Standard configuration for most commercial AVL installations in North America.
- 277/480V: Available for facilities with higher voltage lighting or power distribution systems.
While all panels include a comprehensive set of standard protocols, an optional module is available for deeper building integration.
- Standard Protocols: IP, Web, DMX, sACN, HTTP, Telnet, and RS-232 are included on every panel.
- BACnet (Optional): Adds native support for integration with building management systems (BMS).
Enhance the reliability and security of your installation with optional modules.
- Brownout Protection (Optional): Ensures circuits do not power up or down incorrectly during voltage sags or outages.
- Locking Cover (Optional): Secures the hinged cover to prevent unauthorized access to the panel interior.

FAQs about the RPCR System
Yes. All RPCR panels include native support for DMX, sACN, IP, Telnet, HTTP, and RS-232. An optional BACnet module is also available for integration with building management systems.
Select the RPCR model based on the total number of circuits you need to control. Models are available in configurations from 8 to 64 relays. Contact a LynTec engineer for assistance with sizing and configuration.
The built-in astronomical clock allows you to schedule automated events, such as turning lights on or off, based on the local time of sunrise and sunset. This provides set-and-forget control for architectural lighting.
No. The RPCR is designed for simple installation and setup. The integrated web server provides an intuitive, browser-based interface for all configuration, eliminating the need for a factory technician on site.
This is a standard safety feature that automatically turns on designated lighting circuits in an emergency situation to illuminate paths of egress. While the feature is standard, ETL listing to the UL 924 standard requires additional labeling.
