FAQs about the iP-1515-RX
The unit supports control via TCP/IP, UDP, and RS232 protocols. LynTec provides downloadable modules for seamless integration with major control platforms like Crestron and Q-SYS, simplifying programming and deployment.
The six outlets are grouped into three ‘Power Pods’ of two outlets each. Each pod can be turned on or off independently via the web interface, TCP/IP, or RS232, giving you granular control over your connected equipment.
The iP-1515-RX is designed for failsafe operation. A manual override switch on the front panel allows for local control of the outlets. The unit can also be configured to automatically power cycle a connected router if it detects a loss of network connectivity.
The RX Series provides robust surge protection and power conditioning. It protects against both line-to-neutral (normal mode) and ground line (common mode) surges, and filters out AC line noise to ensure clean, stable power for sensitive digital equipment.
